Last week we went into London to preview the Christmas range from My1styears.com. I have brought gifts myself for friends from My 1st Years before and the boys have quite a few bits from them. What I love the most about My 1st Years is it is a high quality luxury brand that personalise the most beautiful gifts, all at amazing prices.
When we arrived at the venue Oscar was excited when we walked inside and the Christmas tree was beautifully decorated, there were stockings personalised for each child hanging on the wall and present sacks and toys everywhere. It was literally like Christmas had come early for him. We had great fun taking photo booth photos and Oscar loved the snacks! I also got to catch up with my close friend Michelle from whatmummythinks.co.uk that I hadn’t seen for couple of weeks so that was great!
Oscar played on the personalised Fire engine most of the time which I have actually just ordered for Archie for his first Christmas present. It is absolutely gorgeous and a really special traditional toy that Archie will be able to keep forever. I can’t wait for it to arrive in the week. I also ordered personalised ‘Archie’s first Christmas’ ribbon too.
My 1st Years have so many gorgeous bits for Christmas from stockings to great gift ideas. Oscar and Archie’s stockings are really sweet with a pocket for them to leave a letter for Santa and at only £15 for a personalised stocking its a real bargain. It will be Archie’s first Christmas this year and I have so many ideas of what to get to make it extra special. From tree decorations to vests, it will be a Christmas to remember.
If you are looking for an extra special personalised gift that your children will love and cherish forever then there are loads to choose from. We already have a personalised abacus that Oscar had last year and not only does he use it to learn how to count to high numbers it looks great on his bedroom shelf too as it is so well made. When Oscar was playing with the toys on Thursday one of his favourite toys was the personalised 8 tone wooden xylophone. The bright colours instantly attracted the children’s attention and they all wanted to play with it. Archie enjoyed chewing on the beaters.
The personalised kitchen was great too. If I was a child I would of been blown away at receiving my own personalised play kitchen.
The play mats were lovely too and Archie sat on the Lamb one most of the time whilst playing with the soft toys. The mat was really soft and when he laid down the lambs head is padded so it was like a little pillow for him.
We had a fantastic afternoon and when we left we were given a fantastic goodie bag along with the boys personalised stockings. Oscar was given a personalised children’s space umbrella which is perfect for the Winter months and a colour your own Christmas stocking which come in a pack of 2 for £15. Archie’s gifts were a personalised hooded reindeer robe and a personalised ear muffs teddy. They are really cute and top quality and would make great gifts for Christmas and don’t forget all personalisation is free!
Thanks for a wonderful afternoon My 1st Years!
